Worst company to work - Quality Engineer Geiger Automotive Employee Review

This company going downhill. Nothing is organized and they are very short staffed. No communication and they are very racist. Half of the team is in Germany and they effectively communicated at all. This company failed IATF audit with 5 majors and it is losing customers and funds. They will micro manage you to death. This company has never been profitable and is always losing money. Please stay away and don't commit career suicide by working for this company.
