      Pros

      Small in Singapore, so it was not so rigid in the working style and we have the freedom to do our work as long as it's done properly and within the timeline.

      Cons

      Because there was a major change in management, therefore there were a lot of uncertainties and everything was not clear from the new management.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Also 5 minutes outside of Boston. Week after Christmas off and with pay if permanent employee.

      Cons

      No room for new permanent employees. Italian based company.

      Pros

      Had a great manager and liked the people that I worked with in the United States. There are many wonderful people in Italy as well.

      Cons

      The Italians don't understand how business is done in the United States. They use groupthink based on emotion and make harmful decisions for the business. They consistently set this U.S. location up for failure, and use us as a bank, pulling money out of the business,
