      Pros

      Small, product-oriented teams composed of mostly senior, very engaged people. Kitchen lady that makes breakfast every day, plus a lot of food options in the office. Easy to see your impact on the product, everyone tries to be a game developer first. Very flat structure where everyone can feel ownership, no bureaucratic overhead.

      Cons

      Company went through a major change in 2021, so things still haven't settled perfectly. All of the former management have left, so the original problems do not exist anymore though.

      - Bad hierarchy structure, - Lack of clear vision, - Mixing role and position in the company, - Lack of trust in the employees, - Lack of flexibility
