No pros that is to be mentioned other than client projects. Entire organisation is running on client projects

I'll list down everything 1. No proper organisation flow, everything is done via WhatsApp and personal email, the organisation doesn't have their own business email. 2. Cannot say anything about the developers but the designers do not follow proper guidelines of ux, There is no proper documentation available, the lead will assign task randomly without any guide and ask to redesign the application or website in one day and expect it to be developer ready. 3. No iterations are done, no feedback is given, no brainstorming, nothing, Only UI part is done and UX is not there at all. Without getting involved in the entire lifecycle process, how is someone expected to deliver solutions, Solutions aren't just born out of the blue. 4. There is no project planning and every person is doing some random thing. Zero star should be an option at Glassdoor
