Pros
They have unique way of making fool to the audience. I have seen students, whom they have made fool and now chilling with their money in AC environment. If you are a student, I will not suggest you to join it and if you want to be employee, then you should be ready to work against ethics.
Cons
I did not see any pros in the company and everything is worst. If you want to gain study, or experience along with learning, then this is not your place.
