First and foremost issue is referred to Project Managers. Unfortunately almost all of them have no even basic knowledge in how to manage a project specially about Software. Also they are so young and just graduated from university in non-related subjects to their job. Basically Project manager should be qualified in related university degree, having practical experience, being well organized and actively working with Software/ Agile environment. Another problem is on Company strategy, the idea behind Geeks.ltd is taking advantage from everyone regardless of their position, roles, experience and efforts. Although company profit is really high, it has caused directors no longer care about staff satisfactions. They pay even too far lower than London's start up companies. These are ranges of annually salary for (NON - directors family members): Junior developers (non/computer graduated) (0 to 6) years experience = £18000 - £26000 Senior developers (6 -10 years experience ) =£ 32000 - £40000 Tech Leads (10+) = £40000 -£50000 QAs (0-3) = £14000-22000 Project Managers (0-5) = £20000 - £28000
