Pros
My interview and hiring process was smooth and quick, but looking back there were a few red flags I should have paid attention to. Huge, recent org changes that had a lot of people jumping ship. Lots of "ignore the glassdoor ratings, they're all from grumpy former employees", etc. I should have paid more attention. On the upside I'm way happier in my new job. If you aren't getting red flags, that's great! There are some very professional and nice people at Geekhive. Some... not so much. It really depends on who you will work with and under as always. But if someone seems like a grumpy jerk in an interview, that's them on their good behavior.
Cons
Management is either fine or complete dicks, and everyone apologizes for the jerks but nothing is ever done about them. They will make you life unpleasant. Also there's no senior leadership for the sales or marketing team at this point, not a good sign for a healthy business. Just on that alone I'd avoid.
