      Pros

      Experience and job security. If you get hired for this position, unless you majorly F up, they won't fire you. So you get to quit on your own terms, which is good for experience.

      Cons

      Internal pressure + coworkers are often unqualified. Bestbuy likes to hire internally, so geek squad part time ARAs are often technically stupid. If you get hired FT for this position, you'll likely have an aneurysm dealing with the help.

      Pros

      Great for setting you up for early career in professional IT. Great work environment. Fantastic co-workers. Awesome store.

      Cons

      Reduced hours can make it difficult if you need the wages.

      Pros

      Tech-centric environment with lots of opportunity to learn entry level IT skills, troubleshooting, repair, etc. Great foot in the door for higher level positions. You'll receive exposure to many unique devices/issues you've never seen before.

      Cons

      Still a retail environment. Management is very metric-focused and often non technical. Pay is rather poor for what you're expected to know, and the scope of your work.
