      Pros

      Pay is quite good considering the amount of skill required. You learn a lot about computers, gadgets, and customer service. Very flexible schedule. Bonuses. Great employee discount. Fantastic leaders in my store.

      Cons

      The occasional rude person. Poor communication. Poor in-store training.

      Pros

      Tech-centric environment with lots of opportunity to learn entry level IT skills, troubleshooting, repair, etc. Great foot in the door for higher level positions. You'll receive exposure to many unique devices/issues you've never seen before.

      Cons

      Still a retail environment. Management is very metric-focused and often non technical. Pay is rather poor for what you're expected to know, and the scope of your work.
