Hate your life? Lacking motivation in killing yourself? This is the place to join. Your job is to deal with people with negative IQ and fixing their computers, phones, baby monitor and what not.... whatever best buy sells over phone and chat They will go out of their way to ensure your life is ruined. Specially the manager and 2 of the leads. Also you will be asked to multitask as if you are an octopus and have 8 hands

Pros

Tech-centric environment with lots of opportunity to learn entry level IT skills, troubleshooting, repair, etc. Great foot in the door for higher level positions. You'll receive exposure to many unique devices/issues you've never seen before.

Cons

Still a retail environment. Management is very metric-focused and often non technical. Pay is rather poor for what you're expected to know, and the scope of your work.
