Pros

Some of the employees are great, locations is ok. They have direct deposit. I was given a desk with a chair. I was also given a computer to work on. The building has AC and windows.

Cons

CEO has no vision for his company and has more of an interest in competitive gaming then running the company. He encourages staff to be competitive from within instead of being competitive towards other businesses in the same market. Promises are made and plans are always created, but there is never any implementation. Management seems highly disinterested in being actual managers. Training isn’t provided and since this is a majority of the managers first or second job they are clueless as to how to not only do their job, but also how to guide their team. One employee, who is a manager, works past office hours without pay, while the CEO plays video games in the common area. When expectations are not met all the blame is put on the employee instead of the poor management. Theres also a weird dichotomy of managers vs employees. Some managers enjoy bullying their team members, instead of uplifting them. There’s also a lot of passive aggressive behavior and backstabbing. When someone quits or is fired they have a ritual where the person leaves without any of the employees knowing, this person is unable to say goodbye to other employees and/or friends. They then either buy bagels or pizza to distract from the fact that someone has just disappeared.

Nothing specific to them. Only “con” is that working at a agency can be a hassle but that’s just the nature of it
