- humble but incredibly brilliant teammates. No tech bro culture here - important mission and unique product. If gecko gets this right, it will change the way we create and maintain the infrastructure around us - so many opportunities to actually build and the openness to explore new ideas regardless of your title - unlimited PTO that is actually used
Cons
- the company is definitely going through a transition that is both reflected in its culture as well as their new product direction of robotics + software (cantilever). While most people will agree it’s in the right direction, you can definitely tell there are some people who feel left behind. Ultimately it just feels like the bar is being raised in both product quality and talent density
