Pros
Despite the other reviews on here, this is a great company to work for. I am only a former employee because my wife got transferred out of state. The employees, including management, have been so great to work with. I think the other reviewers had negative opinions due to other issues, and are taking it out on the company as a whole. Of course most former employees aren't happy as they could have been the ones who were let go due to poor performance. I had a solid, longer career at Gebauer and enjoyed every day (except for some, but who has a great day every day?!). Management had a clear vision of what they wanted to accomplish and held regular meetings to discuss any issues or obstacles that interrupted the project plans. Most of the management staff has been there for 10+ years; so I'm not sure why one review said that upper management was all leaving. Also, I am not sure why everyone was so hard on the CEO of the company. She has a solid handle on the company and is very involved with projects when needed. She has hired great personnel that help lead the day to day and who she can rely on for technical expertise. I would recommend this company to anyone! Compared to other companies I have worked for, this was a great one!
