Good salary Some good people -many highly skilled people. Good opportunities to be part of the Saturday club in Glasgow. Some good partners for now!

MD- £££ it’s all about the money. Speak about the future and developing people but it’s just words. COO- great career progression opportunities recognised by the COO for ex 3aaa staff. FD has no understanding of the ethical way government funding is supposed to be used. Trying to sign up learners on multiple apprenticeships..... Ok if you worked for 3aaa- I worked for Geason for 3 years but was made to feel unwelcome by the new Quality Director, was this because I wasn’t 3aaa?
