Pros

Downtown San Francisco office is in a great location and they have a diverse client base (although dwindling fast)

Cons

Client churn extremely high....for a reason. Unsustainable work loads for account managers (20+ accounts = barely any time spent on each client). Unprofessional upper management that gives no feedback and only focused on profit. Could care less about their employees. Culture and processes at Geary LSF have turned their most recent acquisition into a nightmare

Pros

This was an exciting company to work for. Rapid growth and strong client portfolio. Team members were enjoyable to work with and passionate about their jobs

Cons

Operated in Silos. Lacked a strong sales engine.
