      Pros

      Very good with great knowledge about the market and prospects. Owners are very young and friendly with the employees.

      Cons

      No problem. But working hours are a bit odd. Works start late in the noon and finish around 8pm. Sometimes even around 11.

      There are lots of opportunities to develop new skills like proposal development, program management, and Program evaluations

      Cons

      Double edge Sword: Small company means you wear multiple hats so might be stress full (but when you leave GEARS you'll know how to handle yourself in a stress full environment)
