      The only pro is job experience.

      Cons

      You are a cog in the machine regardless of what you are told. The owner has a small select group that matters and the remainder of the hourly and salary staff are unimportant.

      None that come to mind.

      Cons

      Long hours, multiple issues with harassment, age discrimination, racism,... Only work here if you want multiple bosses telling you to go in different directions and it all has to be done "today". You do not have any good ideas. Only a select few are allowed to provide "acceptable" input.
