Pros

Vendors bring you treats sometimes.

Cons

You must work out of the noblesville office if you want to have any kind of voice. The corporate office and other 10+ offices do not matter to the president. The president makes 100% of the decisions, and you would think the corporate office would hand down decisins and processes but that is not the case here. Communication policy requires all mass communication to go to vp/president before ever going out this causes delays.

Pros

Easy to climb the ladder with hyper growth within the company

Cons

Hyper growth within the company takes a toll on all departments. Short staffing / new hires playing catch up while grow occurs.

Pros

When you're out on site there is a culture of safety everybody goes home safe.

Cons

The company has really weird safety policies that show a lack of education about construction safety. Many of the Crew/Site leads and Lead Persons understand safety very well but the corporate policies are not made by electricians and show more concern about insurance premiums than the empoyees actual safety. Most of Gaylor's safety policies are "corrections" from past incidents.
