Pros
Is mostly a good place to work. keep your head down, nice to the right people, you can move up in company. Good culture, owners are more present than most companies I’ve been in. Fun work events. Plenty of OT if you want it
Cons
Be careful what department you get hired into may end up with an absent manager showing up after you already have been working for 4 hours and leaves before you do. Only really seems to be one engineer who cares enough to supports people on the floor without talking down to them
