Hi - Fresh Engineers are hired as GETs in the organisation after rigorous test of IQ and Case Study. The good ones qualify - that makes the environment better. They can be put on any project related to solar - Sales , marketing, technical, project and on the basis of their performance they are graduated to Sales / Project Engineers. Overall a good place to work if you like opportunities thrown at you, so that you can prove yourselves and get all round perspective on business with Technical.
Cons
One needs to work really hard at every opportunity given . The next one is only given on the basis of the performance of the earlier one. Not for the faint hearted engineers / freshers who want a spoon feeding culture.
