Big PLC, heart of a small business and such a strong culture. We lost an incredible colleague at the beginning of the year and the way that everyone supported each other, the tributes, such a positive reaction to something so devastating. Cons
Relocating, so moving on, not really downsides. Sales and Recruitment is incredibly rewarding, career growth, what you learn. My biggest advice to anyone joining as a trainee is to know that it isn't easy - but if you demonstrate the right behaviours you'll get the time to get there.
