10yWithin the Matchtech Group, we work continually to provide our candidates and clients with a professional and productive service. With this in mind, we take all feedback on the service we provide very seriously. We took the decision in 2015 to close our Barclay Meade office in London. This was part of our Product Offering review for the business and felt that we should play to our strengths by aligning the Barclay Meade brand more closely to our Engineering business (Matchtech). By locating this at our head office in Hampshire we were able to focus our attention on the Southern UK market and to encourage more cross-selling between our brands. This also allowed us to provide our staff with greater management support. As a business, Barclay Meade does not have a 'head-hunting' offering and therefore do not actively target candidates who work with our clients. We attract candidates in a number of different ways, including advertising on www.barclarymeade.com, advertising on job boards, attending networking events and encouraging referrals from candidates.
We continue to review our Product Offering and ensure that all of our consultants are provided with a nice industry and skill set focus which allows them to develop expert advice to all of our customers.
