Worst thing ever - Software Engineer Gatso Employee Review

Easy to learn, good pay, Great staff, flexible hours

Can be boring and it is easy to be laid off

Very easy work, semi- relaxed armosphere

I worked for Gatso USA in Scottsdale AZ for 2 months. I was fired and given no reason except that I wasn't a "good fit." When I questioned that I was told that the decision come down from headquarters in Beverly, MA. The only interactions I had with the Beverly office were their daily phone calls to our office to check on our assignments, so how can they say I wasn't a "good fit" ( employer speak for " we don't want to tell you why you are fired")? I finally figured out that headquarters checked my Facebook profile and fired me based on OPINIONS stated through my posts. I was a good employee, got to work on time every day and did good work for the company. I was fired without any explanation or warning.
