Pros
CEO and CTO totally non-technical - but good at selling dreams and convincing Cheif Engineer to do all the work while they sit around with big egos. Over ambitious but have no experience of running a company or even ever working at a company to understand the needs of the team . Running the company like a 100 year old legacy corporation while dressing it up to look like a Silicon Valley startup. But in reality its more like an old small family owned business where they want to control every small thing. The biggest irony of things is they are trying to build an autonomous vehicle but the team or people don't get any autonomy.. roles are give out based on how close you are to the Cs and not based on your work or experience. They are puppeteering a bunch of new college grads. Be aware they will fire you to before your stock vests. Don't take that lying down!
Cons
Now lets share some real cons of the company - Super big egos to the point they have no empathy for the humans. Ruthless arrogance and proudly kick people to the side of the curb if they are not willing to bend backwards or walk on water or turn water to wine the very first day. HR culture is from the 1800s with the mentality of work harder or you'll be punished. They proudly feel that company will succeed only with kicking the unwanted while they are down. They want to work like they are Apple with one product team not knowing what the other team is doing, but the Cs don't realize they don't have a full product yet, and putting teams in silos is only slowing them down.. They want the management to be like Google or Meta but not realizing that those Cs have actual credentials unlike these 3 clowns. Execution is super slow since everything needs to be controlled by these C-lowns.
