Fairly relaxed WFH environment w/ good benefits including unlimited PTO and 10+ paid holidays

The C-Suite, save for the CFO, are not worthy of their positions. This company still does well despite how bad the CEO, the COO, and the Marketing Director perform. This shows you how well the employees make the business model work. The Property Managers are all contractors and could be treated better.
