Pros
This is really a fun and rewarding place to work. It is challenging but just because it is moving so fast and growing. It is great to come into work everyday with something new to tackle. For a start-up there are a lot of great programs (like a professional development budget) in place. You can learn new skills and have the opportunity to get involved in projects and new initiatives. Like any quickly growing company, there is a fair amount of change to ensure we are always moving in the right direction, but if you can handle that change, this is a great place to work. Also, the benefits are great, we have dogs in the office and lots of perks.
Cons
Is it perfect? Of course not, but no company is, and at least you have the chance to change the things that need improvement.
