Nothing. Absolutely Nothing. Other than Cricket Corporate giving a discount for employee phone service. (Gateway Wireless would never give any sort of discount, or incentive for employees).

Where to even start... Store Managers are required to work 6 days a week... with NO overtime pay! Employees are extremely over worked and severely under paid. The company is a total joke and possibly a money laundering scheme. Upper Leadership is disrespectful and have admitted that they don’t care about the employees. Definitely the biggest Hippocrates I’ve ever worked for. How can they fire someone for dress code, when they don’t follow it themselves? Seems legit. “Fire Drills” are an everyday occurrence, meaning they give you very little time to complete tasks that would typically require weeks or months. They do not compensate employees for driving several hours away to cover a store that has no employees (because they can’t keep employees). Upper leadership explains that covering stores in a different state 100 miles away is “mandatory” and apart of the job description. Turn over is insanely high, but for obvious reasons. Long story short, stay away. Far, Far Away! Unless you enjoy being extremely stressed out and unable to provide for your family. Several stores have closed, and you can expect several more in the coming year. This company is sinking, and taking everyone with them.
