Where do i start? a recent commission structure change that was built to cause employee turnover to get rid of long standing employees to make way for a sales force that is just fine with being underpaid. This job pays minimum wage + commission* the * being that unless you hit a point thresh-hold you do not actually get your commission. This structure change was absolutely misrepresented by our upper management and not explained correctly.
