      Pros

      HR is cooperative and answers all questions. Work environment is good. Positive attitude.

      Cons

      No Company is perfect. Gateway is doing good job of providing required and efficient consultants to IT industry, the should give more opportunities to employee for training. This will make employee growth chart which will benefit company itself.
