      Gateway is located in Allston and as a result deals with one of the lower rungs on the Boston area Rental Market ladder.

      + Large rental database + Company is over 10 years old + Management rewards their top performers + Friendly environment with coworkers and management

      Cons

      -Limited training -50-50 commission split. Now days this career is very competitive specially in Allston where there are hundreds of real estate offices. To make real money you need to hustle a lot, work over your weekends, long hours. -Not a lot of exclusive landlords. -The company shares their listing with 3 offices Gateway, Modern and Venture = more agents to compete agains. -The manager is extremely busy with property management, he doesn't have the time to manage the office
