In response, we did have remote working assignments during the 2019 Covid lockdown. We are also an essential business so it was necessary to phase people back in during the middle and later part of the year, none more important than the Information Technology Department. No one in this organization has ever been looked down upon for not getting a vaccination. We are sorry you felt that way. However, we do highly encourage, educate and reward those who do choose to get the vaccine as it is essential for our country and business to reach heard immunity. Employees must excel and fulfill the essential job functions they represent that they know upon hire. Growth in any organization is directly dependent on job performance.
