Pros
These reviews don’t paint an accurate picture of how great this place is to work. They don’t require you to use your PTO if you don’t have enough work; they have a whole process around it. Which is actually awesome and what sets them apart. Instead of charging clients they take the hit. It’s pretty remarkable. They also take care of their employees, me included. I had to leave temporarily for personal reasons and they kept my job WAY longer than they were required to. They really prioritize their employees. As long as you actually want to work, you can do anything here. Bitter people write awful stuff on here because they couldn’t cut it, are jealous, and/or lazy. Seems silly when it’s clear they couldn’t cut it.
Cons
It’s not an “easy” job. It takes effort and attention to detail and it can be hard. But that’s a good thing for the right people!! Also, no one cares about titles here. No one uses the word “executive”. Some people need that kinda stuff.
