Pros
Gateway is truly a special place full special people. I am grateful for the many opportunities myself and others have been given. In my 20 years with the company I am now a directory, having started in the mail shop, I could list more than dozen stories just like mine of folks still with Gateway.
Cons
Although there are no quotas, phone center work can be challenging at times, however raising money for charities is fulfilling work and, at least for me, worth it.
