Unhealthy workplace. Most in leadership have little to no training, top/down. This place is highly disorganized. Feels like you are working for a company in a bubble, where they have little understanding of how a company should properly operate. Regularly, via survey, you are asked what you need or would like to see done differently, with little to no follow through from upper management. Promotion is scarce, but even worse, the hiring process is absurd.
