Great Community Environment between staff and clients

Pay could be better, but it’s such a happy place to work.

The artists are absolutely great to work with.

Staff turnover is very high here and the senior administration is hard to work with. They make bad choices and blame others. They generally don't seem to know what they are doing. They continue to do the same things expecting different results each time. There is also a really prevalent culture of favoritism, which isn't good for employee morale. There is a bloated administrative staff with too many people doing the same thing and the direct care staff are left to actually keep the program moving. They of course get no credit. Also, everything is micromanaged to the point where nothing really gets done.
