      Working by yourself most of the time. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      High turnover rate due to the managements poor attitude in (PA). loNo raise after years of hard work, pay is lower than similar business in same field. Manages to find fault in anything so as too deny you a raise causing people to lose motivation.
