Pros
Totally remote workplace. Great co-workers and knowledgeable freelancers.
Cons
Workload is completely unrealistic. Expected response times are not possible within allowed hours or you are made salaried and expected to work unpaid overtime to meet goals. Increasing staffing to maintain quality of customer service is not a priority. Management is minimal, reactive rather than proactive, and policies change constantly with little reason. No benefits other than major holidays, a few vacation days, and a minor HSA account.
