Pros
Basic food is provided but not that great considering you are in the food industry. If you are liked, international opportunities may be made available to you.
Cons
No wage increases (ever) unless you are unionized. That just changed in 2016 after 10 years. Top heavy management spends more time trying to second guess everyone else's actions. Everything is a risk and Gate spends a lot of money on their legal department so not much gets done. Issues of discrimination and harassment exist at the senior level. Top management will never be exited given the high cost of their severance so life goes on...
