Cons

Lowest pay in the area Work life balance promised but then reversed for the sake of adding more patients into the "same time" at surgery centers Management turnover Consistent favoritism toward older men and POC at the expense of coworkers Inconsistent application of organization chart and communication channels Cases do not count toward maintaining credentialing at hospitals or higher levels of care (dead end) Favoritism toward ensuring PRN and locums staff are out "on time"
