      Pros

      Great company with great culture, people are really skilled and friendly and eager to help, never had some stress or deadlines. They have their own product and they are expanding it to whole hotel solution.

      Cons

      Nothing worth mentioning, maybe that they don’t have a company in Serbia, but you need to work via other company for them.

      Pros

      family feeling in the team, flexibility, open minded, transparancy, open communication, no hierarchy feeling, indepent, trust, work life balance

      Cons

      Nothing extreme, as a non speaking German sometimes more a hustle to understand but they help you. They could pay a little bit more as at the end you do more than initially asked but if you ask they'll find a way to satisfy your needs
