Pros

“No work on Friday” (you will work on most Fridays because you’ll have so much work to do) they say work from home but then they highly discourage work from home.

Cons

High stress No opportunity for movement. Other managers have been screwed during their annual meeting. No mention of pay increase after one year or another manager has been trying to get a raise for months but leadership keeps making excuses Leadership is “friendly” but it’s a facade Pay is 2 monthly so some months you go over a week and a half with no pay. Expect too much of managers as they expect 50 hour plus weeks (which was never mentioned in the interview process) and 12 properties

Pros

Every day is different. Company allows you to make your own schedule. Organized and assertive people do well in this position. Salaried. The leadership is very involved and down to earth.

Cons

The con would be dealing with disgruntled homeowners and board members but that isn’t a con for Gassen itself- just comes with this line of work.

Pros

It's honestly hard to think of any.

Cons

Completely over-worked, management always talks down to employees (in front of everyone), extremely negative and miserable work environment - not sure why or how they're always bragging about some award for one of the top workplaces in MN. It's seriously the worst environment I've ever worked in. Everyone is negative, stressed, sarcastic, and on edge during all hours of the day. The workload was insane for the pay, which is why everyone in the office was always stressed and grumpy.
