I absolutely love the colleagues that I get to work with here. Everyone is not only passionate about what they do, they are also passionate about sharing knowledge and engaging with others.

Being a consultancy, it is a challenge to find stability (in terms of projects, teams, and prospects for the future) and it can be hard to get comfortable with the pace of the changes.

Gaslight is a place at which I see myself staying for a long time. I really appreciate the empowerment I feel as an employee to grow, learn and level up as I see fit. I'm encouraged to make my career what I want it to be and don't feel like I have to fit into some cookie cutter mold to continue to advance my career. I feel supported; I feel empowered; I feel valued; I feel happy. Plus, we've got office dogs. Who doesn't love dogs?!

I'm a happy camper, I don't have any cons at the moment.
