Pros
Fair compensation and hours, managers are all personable and very helpful. It’s clear they want employees to grow and learn.
Cons
PTO is not where I would like. You only get an additional week off after 10 years of employment. Also, there is a religious affiliation that was not mentioned during the hiring process.
