Pros

- High degree of independence in your work - They will let you make decisions and work on challenging things - It's very relaxed and friendly, a lot of good people there. - Best support teams of anywhere I've worked

Cons

- It's very hard to learn from anyone in the engineering team - get dropped into projects cold with little support and expected to fly - Project managers sometimes don't have a clue - Poor communication - Mistakes seem to keep repeating

Pros

The people were the best part of the job. I had the privilege of working with supportive, hardworking coworkers and collaborating on some great projects.

Cons

This was a good place to work until management changed. Since then, leadership has become disengaged and tends to avoid addressing workplace issues, leaving employees to handle challenges on their own. There are notable concerns around professionalism, particularly in how some leaders communicate with their teams. Interactions can feel intimidating or, at times, disrespectful, which has led to low morale and a workplace culture where employees are hesitant to raise concerns. It is challenging to work in an environment where support and recognition are inconsistent. Some workplace behaviours create ongoing stress for employees who must deal with them daily. Looking back, I wish these concerns had been escalated more formally; however, I chose to move on. It’s unfortunate, as many dedicated employees deserve better support and leadership.
