a lot of work. and low pay. really bad managers

There’s not much pro; Garyline is now owned by Koozie group so hopefully it gets better but there’s some paid holidays and PTO. You get health insurance and dental as well vision.

Managers are really bad as in they expect everyone to do their job when you do not get any training for the role you’re doing. You learn things as you go and pick things here and there. There is no consistency and the “advanced machinery” for blow molding are more than 30 years old that they break down every single day. There’s a lot lack of communication and no raise or follow up on employees reviews.
