Overtime pay and working independently

Lack of communication, No PTO, "Blackout days" or not being able to take a day off, Very disrespectful Management, Not enough time to be trained properly, Loyal workers have to overcompensate for the fact that they can't keep employees, Chain of Command, Zero bonus or any incentives for good work, Multiple apps to clock in and perform job duties.

Easy job most days there

Management doesn't know how to talk to their workers. Too much confusion in the chain of command. Expects people to know what they're doing right away without training.
