You may get opportunities to learn new things. You may be tasked with some crucial projects but it might not be worth the time.
Cons
Be prepared not to be paid on time and hear the same old story. Bosses are all over the place and do not know what they are doing. Too many products and no product centric ideas. Your personal RO may be a rookie and clueless about people management but still feel that he’s the best. Overall a bad experience.
