      GARUD has truly wonderful leadership and team members. The company is filled with bright minds, and I enjoy being able to reach out to anyone and everyone within the company if I need something. They truly embody the 'small-business/family' feel.

      Cons

      I would like for them to consider offering pet insurance as a benefit in the future.

      Pros

      Company values personnel. Raise and bonus amount leave something to be desired however shifts in leadership the previous year will improve that situation (hopefully).

      Cons

      Most cons are seemingly being addressed by new leadership, time will tell though.
