Pros

They are very transparent and caring, taking good care of their employees by checking up on you and keeping you informed.

Cons

Can be unable or unwilling to assist with issues that come up with clients if or when changes. This can be considered the nature of the business.

Pros

The management team understands that employees have personal lives and responsibilities outside of work, and they do their best to accommodate employees' needs. Additionally, the company culture is very supportive and collaborative, which makes it easier to work together as a team. Encourages team members to provide feedback on the company culture, work processes, and leadership.

Cons

My current employer can be very hectic and crazy at times due to the nature of the industry we operate in, but one thing that really stands out about the company is their flexibility.

Pros

I spent eight months at Garth Solutions as an Account Manager, and while there were a few redeeming qualities, I can't, in good conscience, overlook the glaring issues in management and company culture. Pros: - Reasonable work hours, which offered a good work-life balance. - The PTO plan is quite generous with its unlimited offer. - A commendable range of snacks available in the office.

Cons

- A significant lack of proper training for new hires. Clear expectations were seldom set. - The company culture does not promote growth or encouragement. The atmosphere can be stifling at times. - Management seems primarily focused on the welfare of the directors, often sidelining the needs and concerns of other employees. - Disturbing tendencies to resort to "financial penalties" for employees, often based on subjective judgments. - Disturbing treatment of certain employees. One of my colleagues, known for her commitment and dedication, faced undue punitive measures that ranged from unjust departmental shifts to denial of urgently needed PTO. - Resource allocation often felt misplaced. The company wouldn’t sponsor learning tools like LinkedIn Learning for staff, but directors were granted non-essential items upon request. - The HR function seems ill-equipped. The current HR representative, originally an accountant, lacks the necessary people skills and HR expertise to manage and address employee concerns effectively.
