      Good company functions and events, nice London office location .

      Cons

      -lots of micromanaging -cliquey group of upper management (they all came from the same company prior) -poor salary -No career advancement “/ growth -not a diverse space for women and minorities -burn and churn company lots of young people go in and leave shortly after -slow product

      Pros

      Great product albeit very niche market. Great leadership and UK team.

      Cons

      U.S. management team very toxic. Severly lacking in soft skills. Management by threat of job loss. Lots of criticism with know idea of how to improve things. Ineffective at creating teamwork or motivating teams. Micro-management like I have never seen before.
